Agonopterix yeatiana is a moth of the family Depressariidae. It is found in most of Europe.
The wingspan is 19–23 mm. The forewings are pale greyish ochreous, with a few black scales; veins sometimes marked with cloudy dark fuscous streaks; first discal stigma black, preceded by a similar dot obliquely above it, second white edged with dark fuscous; a dark fuscous spot between and above these; black terminal dots. Hindwings pale whitish-fuscous. The larva is yellowish-green; head black[2]
Adults are on wing from August to the end of June.[3]
The larvae feed on various umbelliferous plants, including Daucus carota, Chaerophyllum temulum, Peucedanum palustre, Apium graveolens and Oenanthe crocata.[4] The species overwinters as an adult.

Vattenmärkeplattmal (Agonopterix yeatiana)[2][3][4] är en fjärilsart som först beskrevs av Johan Christian Fabricius 1781. Vattenmärkeplattmal ingår i släktet Agonopterix. Enligt Dyntaxa[2] ingår Agonopterix i familjen plattmalar, Depressariidae, men enligt Catalogue of Life[3] är tillhörigheten istället familjen praktmalar, (Oecophoridae). Enligt den svenska rödlistan är arten nära hotad i Sverige.[1] Arten förekommer tämligen sällsynt från Skåne till Västergötland. I övriga Norden finns den i Danmark men saknas i Norge och Finland.[5] Artens livsmiljö är fuktiga skogar men även torrare miljöer.[5]
