Dichomeris rasilella is a moth in the family Gelechiidae.[1] It is found in China (Shaanxi, Zhejiang), Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Russia and Europe,[2] where it has been recorded from Spain, France, Italy, Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.[3]
The wingspan is 15–16 mm (0.59–0.63 in).[4]
The larvae feed on Artemisia vulgaris var. orientalis, Artemisia vulgaris var. indica, Artemisia pontica, Centaurea species and Acosta rhenana.

Dichomeris rasilella is een vlinder uit de familie tastermotten (Gelechiidae). De wetenschappelijke naam is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1854 door Herrich-Schäffer.
