Distribució geogràfica
Es troba a Nord-amèrica: Alabama, Arkansas, Geòrgia,[6] Illinois,[7][8] Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland,[9] Minnesota, Missouri, Carolina del Nord, Nova York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsilvània,[10] Carolina del Sud, Tennessee,[11] Virgínia i Virgínia Occidental.[4][12][13][14][15][16]
