Detail along the trailing edge of the samara. To really appreciate this picture you will have to download it and look at it at 100%....lovely interlacings of mysterious plant materials, one would think there would be some interesting physical properties to explore here on how the samara packages itself, how are veins and fibriles interconnected, it appears like felt, but how is it laid down by the plant? Nature, so many questions.
