General Description

Similar to fossifrons, differing in the following points: more slender, especially prothorax; tibiae usually darker, at least in outer half; prothorax with longer, almost parallel-sided constriction at base, anterior transverse impression, often entirely diappeared, impunctate; and elytral microsculpture clearly transverse. Elytral microsculpture transverse. Length 8.3-12 mm.
