The African Black and White Crow is also known as the Pied Crow. It ranges through sub saharan Africa with a preference for human settlement. Photo from near Mbinga, Tanzania.
This was an interesting bird. It was with a flock of Turquoise Jays at higher-than-normal range for the species, and they "never" occur together with Turquoise Jay. Something's a little mixed up somewhere...Old Nono-Mindo Rd, NW Ecuador3/8/2007
