In Panama this species has been collected from Palina Island (USNM 1117667; Centroid Latitude: 9.6128, Centroid Longitude: -79.6011, depth 0 to1 m), and from Dog Island (USNM E 53306; Centroid Latitude: 9.5550, Centroid Longitude: -78.9467), San Blas, Caribbean Sea.
