This artificial reef is farther out into the Gulf of Mexico than some of it's neighbors, and the reef modules have had plenty of time to get their "festooned with life" on.This particular Gray Trigger has staked out a claim on this pod, and sticks close to the structure. This reef is a little out there, literally, and although one of the oldest of the new artificial reef projects in the gulf, I haven't seen too much out here yet. Of course, triggers are always a good find. This one seemed to stake out a spot right at the top of the reef module.
