Kirby Storter Roadside Park, Big Cypress Swamp, FlAt the end of a paved walk at Kirby Storter is a overlook. As we approached we saw this little guy resting on the outer ledge. See photo in comments. I was able to stand on the seat beside it and shoot over the railing. He seemed to be a little out of it but eventually flew out to the trees.

Or is it Whom? In any case, this owl doesn't seem to care.
