The African Rock Python is Africa's largest snake. A non-venomous constrictor (large specimens are capable of killing humans). Its range is restricted to sub-saharan Africa, but this one is at a serpentarium on the banks of the Amazon River in Colombia.
The Reticulated Python is the world's longest snake. It may be found through most of tropical southeast Asia. Captive in Indonesia, where it is known as Ular Sanca Kembang.
