Description:
Laappula sessiliflora is a tiny semidesert annual with stalkless ven tinier sky blue flowers. The thorny mericarps (seeds) are attached easily to fur (and socks), hence distributed afar. The species is distributed in the dry arid mountains of the Middle East.
