Description:
This is a small annual that used to be found in fields and valleys in Israel and the Middle East. It got extinct due to habitat loss to modern agriculture. Last year we found one population and were very happy about it. There are many Bupleurum species, this one is characterized by 4 rigid bracts that envelope the flowers.
