Dense woodland of Quercus wislizeni west of Oregonhouse. This area was logged for ponderosa pine in the early 50's by the Pete Rice Mill which was located at the junction of Oregonhouse Creek with Dry Creek. Quad name: Smartsville. Quad number: 50. Reference to map: 23.
