Description:
Brown above, pale yellow below. Dorsal scales small and shinny, with 46 lengthwise scales at midbody. Tail short and scarred. Female measuring SVL 572 mm (22 in.), TL 633 mm (25 in.). Discovered beneath board situated in thick leaf-litter and shaded by Coast Live Oak. Day was warm and followed by initial, significant rain of the season. Temperature 18 C (65 F).
