Cell during binary fission. Contractile vacuole (arrowheads) has been already duplicated, the duplicated macro nucleus (arrow) is yet connected.Third couple:Phase 3:
Shortly after finishing binary fission. Macro nucleus (arrow), contractile vacuole (arrowhead), contractile stalk with central muscle cord (double arrowhead).
