Curculigo multiflora - Metuge District
Description:
According Flora Zambesiaca 12(3) this is supposed to be a species endemic to Zambia. So, it was very much a surprise to find this plant in Northern Mozambique, close to the Indian Ocean (only about 5 m.a.s.). Family: Hypoxidaceae.
