Description:
Drosera sewelliae is a small perennial Carnivorous plant with a bright orange flower 1cm across. It has 5 black styles with knobs and 5 stamens with white pollen. We were helping to count it as it is a plant growing in only a few locations. This year it is flowering well and we were there at the right time to see it flowering. Each flower lasts one day, then closes and another replaces it the following day. I have recorded it closing in these photos.Photo: Fred
