Cirsium wheeleri (A. Gray) Petr.July 20, 2002 (the EXIF date is not correct), Bryce Canyon National Park, southern end, Kane County, UtahThis species typically blooms in summer to late fall, plus this is at a fairly high elevation (here at probably least 8500 ft.)
