Description: egg milkvetch, Astragalus oophorus var. oophorus, Nevada, White Mountains, Sugarloaf, Pinchot Creek - Columbus Salt Marsh drainage, elevation 2665 m (8745 ft). This variety of the species is limited to the mountains of the southwestern Great Basin and adjacent northwestern Mojave Desert of west-central Nevada and adjacent eastern California, ascending up to just over 3000 meters (10,000 feet) elevation.
