Description: Top: A 69-year-old female was presented to our clinic with a progressive purulent granuloma of her left forearm. Bottom: The sporangiophores of Lichtheimia corymbifera forming a conical apophysis and arising at points on the stolon that was between the rhizoid and not opposite them.
