Description: Deutsch: Ein Teichfrosch (auch Wasserfrosch genannt) in Zeschdorf am Trepliner Mühlenfließ trotz gutem Versteck entdeckt. Werden sie überrascht tauchen sie schnell ab. Sie bewohnen vorwiegend stehende Gewässer aller Art. Sonnige Plätze und reiche Vegetation werden bevorzugt. Frösche quaken in der Regel zwischen April und Juni. In dieser Zeit ist nämlich die Paarungszeit der Amphibien. Die Oberseite des Teichfroschs ist hell- oder grasgrün. Auf dem Rücken tragen die Tiere oft einen breiten hellgrünen Streifen.
