In diesem Bild sind die Pteroharpen gelb, sie können auch rot sein. Der Begriff Pteroharpen stammt von Professor G. Enderlein. Er züchtete sie sowohl aus Sporen von Aspergillus niger van Tieghem, als auch von Mucor racemosus Fresen. Diese Gebilde fand er „bei allen möglichen Erkrankungen aus dem chronischen Complex […] sehr häufig bei Krebs, auch bei gutartigen Tumoren, bei Darmblutungen, bei Asthma, bei Glaukom etc.“ Kritisiert wird G.
