Description:
Description: The three-birds toadflax. If you look closely at the flowers they do look a bit like little purple budgies, but there's a lot more than three per inflorescence. This species has the largest flowers of any linaria that i'm aware of - more like an antirrhinum with a tail. Date: 2 June 2009, 18:27. Source: Linaria triornithophora purple. Author: peganum from Small Dole, England.
