Description: English: Fresh from the Congo market, two different types of leaves used in for a traditional Congolese cooking technique. L. senegalensis called 'kilodi' in Kikongo is used to wrap chikwangue, H. liebrechtsiana called 'nzomfi' in Kikongo is used for both liboké and chikwangue. Large, sturdy leaves (background tile grid is 40x40 cm). Leaves are used to wrap food for cooking, but are not eaten, rather discarded after cooking. Date: 2 May 2016. Source: Own work. Author: T.K.
