Ant attack (16385784992)
Description:
Description: Apostle birds are very communal, here a family member has picked up ants. They are ground feeders mainly, and this one has had the black ants attack. So he threw himself on the ground, legs in the air, and the family rushed down to pick them off and save him. At first I thought they were attacking him, but it was definitely ants. Soon after he jumped up and carried on feeding. It happened lots of time during the morning, especially with the young ones. Date: 27 January 2015, 06:02. Source: Ant attack.
