Description:
Lotus flowers are for only three days. The flowers bloom at 4 or 5 in the morning and close at noon. They get into full bloom on the third day but the blossoms soon wither and fall. Twenty days after that, the seepods are ready for picking. This photo was taken in the Hong Kong Park here in Hong Kong.
