Eric went trout fishing on the Little Colorado River and the West Fork of the Black River. We saw numerous butterflies such as these. These are known as "police car moths" Gnophaela vermiculata because old time police cars were black & white."

Forward-thinking Pericopid moths, Gnophaela vermiculata, with support from one of their composite friends, Senecio triangularis.
