Description: My first butterfly of 2013, my first lizard of 2013, my first frog of 2013...and the first time a tiler has turned up inebriated to work - in the morning too! ( NOT one of the tilers I recommend I hasten to add ! ) This meant I could not do my planned work today - but it was sunny so I did not stay cross for very long! This is a male Brimstone butterfly at DWT Higher Hyde Heath nature reserve. One of six I saw there today - and the only one that settled - even if it is a grotty background.
