Astragalus trichopodus (Santa Barbara Milkvetch) is a species of perennial herb in the family legumes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States. They have compound, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Vosnesensky Bumble Bee, California Bumble Bee, Cloudless Sulphur, and Palos Verdes blue butterfly. Individuals can grow to 8 dm.
