Prunus nigra (Canadian Plum) is a species of tree in the family Rosaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves, red flowers, and drupe. Flowers are visited by Two-spotted Bumblebee. Individuals can grow to 30 feet.
