Penstemon rydbergii (Rydberg's Penstemon) is a species of perennial herb in the family Plantaginaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and North America. They have simple, broad leaves and blue flowers. Flowers are visited by hummingbirds. Individuals can grow to 3 feet.
