Diplazium cristatum (Crested Twinsorus Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Athyriaceae. They are native to Espirito Santo, Rio Grande Do Sul, Ceará, Mata Atlântica, Paraná, Puerto Rico, Bahia, Pará, Santa Catarina, Acre (Brazil), GoiáS, RondôNia, Rio De Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Alagoas, Pernambuco, AmazôNia, Mato Grosso Do Sul, and SãO Paulo. They have alternation of generations.
