Sagina procumbens (Birdeye Pearlwort) is a species of perennial herb in the family carpetweeds. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Yugoslavia, Morocco, Albania, Poland, Sweden, Belarus, Finland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Norway, United Kingdom, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Tunisia, Spain, Greenland, Ukraine, Hungary, Canada, Algeria, Armenia, France, Greece, Romania, Austria, Russia, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Iceland, Ireland, Belgium, Latvia, Switzerland, Denmark, Lithuania, Estonia, Georgia, Greenland, and The Netherlands. They have simple, broad leaves and capsule fruit. Individuals can grow to 0.056 m.
