Amaranthus tuberculatus (Roughfruit Amaranth) is a species of annual herb in the family Amaranthaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves and capsule fruit. Individuals can grow to 30 dm.
