Ekebergia capensis (Cape Ash) is a species of tree in the family Meliaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Afrotropics. They have compound, broad leaves and drupes. Flowers are visited by Meliplebeia beccarii. Individuals can grow to 23 m.
