The maximum recorded shell length is 24.8 mm.[2]

Habitat

Minimum recorded depth is 3 m.[2] Maximum recorded depth is 2277 m.[2]

Distribution: Greenland; Greenland: West Greenland, East Greenland; Canada; Canada: Baffin Island, Hudson Bay, Labrador, Gulf of St. Lawrence, Quebec Prince Edward Island (from the northern tip of Miscou Island, N.B. to Cape Breton Island south of Cheticamp, including the Northumberland Strait and Georges Bay to the Canso Strait causeway)
