Synedrella nodiflora (Nodeweed) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Sergipe, Ceará, Rio Grande Do Sul, Caatinga, Santa Catarina, ParaíBa, Espirito Santo, GoiáS, Acre (Brazil), Rio Grande Do Norte, SãO Paulo, Mato Grosso, Rio De Janeiro, Puerto Rico, Amapá, Paraná, Pará, Minas Gerais, RondôNia, Maranhao, U.S. Virgin Islands, Distrito Federal, Tocantins, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Piauí, The Neotropics, Amazônia, Pernambuco, Alagoas, and Bahia. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Parantica aglea and Leptosia nina. Individuals can grow to 6.3 m.
