Medusafissurella dubia is a species of snails in the family keyhole limpets. They are native to Omani Exclusive Economic Zone, Kenyan Exclusive Economic Zone, and Natal. Dead Medusafissurella dubia form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 21.5 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
