Trionyx triunguis (Nil Weichschildkröte) is a species of turtles in the family softshell turtles. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are found in the palearctic and Afrotropics. They are nocturnal. They have sexual reproduction.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
