Caperonia palustris (Sacatrapo) is a species of annual herb in the family Euphorbiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Puerto Rico, Amazônia, and Cerrado. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Polybia occidentalis, Sarcophagula occidua, and Augochloropsis vesta.
