Carex crinita (Fringed Sedge) is a species of perennial grass in the family sedges. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, Eastern North America, and North America. They have simple, broad leaves and green flowers. Individuals can grow to 1.6 m.
