Carex vesicaria (Blister Sedge) is a species of perennial herb in the family sedges. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Western North America, North America, The Contiguous United States, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves and green flowers. Flowers are visited by Red tailed bumblebee. Individuals can grow to 3 feet.
