Calamagrostis stricta (Narrow Small Reed) is a species of perennial herb in the family true grasses. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Greenland, Western North America, Alaska, North America, The Contiguous United States, Canada, and Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.55 m.
